gloStream is a fast paced, rapidly expanding company that specializes in electronic medical records and practice management software. We are looking for an experienced trainer / consultant who understands the inner workings of a medical office and software technology and applications. This person also needs to have experience with classroom training and putting training material together.
Responsibilities
• Provide training and support to users of our practice management system and EMR with a specific focus on coding, billing, claims processing, payment posting, adjustments, reporting, patient encounters and more.
• Training of providers, practice managers, and staff in a practice setting.
• Training of gloStream partners in a classroom setting.
• Work with payment clearinghouse partners regarding customer questions and concerns
• Address support calls
• Log support cases for issues not solved immediately
• Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
• Write, update, and review documentation and training modules
• Travel as necessary to customer locations nationwide. Travel up to 75% is likely.
Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of relevant medical practice experience
• Experience with both hospital-based and practice-based billing
• Familiarity with EMR and PM applications
• Extensive working knowledge with Microsoft Office 2007
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent training skills
• Able to travel frequently
