Responsibilities

As a gloStream Inside Sales Representative, your key responsibility is to assist the Territory Managers, Partner Channel and our Customers. This may include performing online software demonstrations to prospects, developing territories by prospecting, or answering questions from potential partners. Other responsibilities include:
• Being part of a team in developing sales
• Preparing and delivering presentations to decision makers
• Cultivating product interest in assigned territories
• Customer relationship management, data management in CRM system
• Pipeline development and sales forecasting

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a team player, likes to be challenged and enjoys helping others. The qualified candidate is organized, outgoing and has an ability to accommodate many working styles. Other desired qualifications are:
• Medical office work experience (preferably Admin/OM) previous EMR/PM use a plus
• Computer and internet literate, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
• Personal skills including high energy, intuition, ambition and follow through
• Motivated and willing to learn technical and sales skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
