Career Description

gloStream is a fast paced, rapidly expanding company that specializes in electronic medical records and practice management software. We are looking to fill a full time trainer position. The position will require travel around the United States. Travel time is about 50%. This position will demand the very best a trainer has to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop all related training materials (manuals, on-line help videos, etc.)
  • Review and update existing documentation for the gloStream suite of products as new versions are released.
  • Document and communicate new product ideas and system issues identified during training and documentation creation process

Training

  • Perform Train the Trainer duties for other members of the training team
  • Train office staff, partners and new gloStream team members on gloStream’s suite of EHR, EMR and practice management products
  • Train partners and new gloStream team members on the gloStream sales processes

Customer Service/Support

  • Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
  • Communicate effectively with partners, development, and management
  • Research questions from the practices, field, and partners on the suite of products and provide answers

Requirements

  • Technical writing skills / creation of training manuals and presentations
  • Experience delivering software training in an instructor led classroom setting
  • Experience conducting one on one training
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Experience with Windows XP/Vista
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2003/2007
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to travel in and out of state for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation

Compensation
